What to expect:

Embark on an unforgettable journey as we circumnavigate the breathtaking coastline of Biševo Island. Our adventure begins with a scenic boat transfer from Komiža town to this remote Adriatic gem, home to two extraordinary natural wonders.

From Mezuporat Bay, we paddle toward the mysterious Monk seal cave, the longest semi-submerged cave in the Adriatic, stretching an impressive 160 meters. Entering through its magnificent 27-meter-high entrance, which feels like a passage to another world, we’ll explore this hidden sanctuary that once provided refuge to the endangered Mediterranean monk seal (Monachus monachus).

Leaving the cave behind, we continue our journey along Biševo’s dramatic coastline, discovering hidden sea caves, towering cliffs, and striking rock formations sculpted by nature over millennia. Our next stop is Porat bay, where we take a well-deserved break on its idyllic sandy beach, nestled along the island’s wild western shores.

After recharging, we paddle toward the northwestern edge of the island, where layers of ancient rock rise from the sea like books, revealing a remarkable geological story dating back millions of years.

In the afternoon, we return to Komiža by boat, bringing an end to this extraordinary sea kayaking adventure.

A visit to the Blue Cave can be arranged either at the beginning or the end of the tour. Entry to the cave is only possible with small boats operated by the official concessionaire.
